Nick Olliney began his flair bartending career in October of 2006. He started at the Monet Lounge night club in Providence, Rhode Island. With such a small flair scene in the area and only a handful of people to practice with and learn from, Nick took the flair concept and ran with it. He entered his first flair competiton in November of 2007 as an amateur. Since then Nick has competed in over 50 competitions across North America.  Nick is a two time Beast of the East Champion as well as a finalist in World Championships such as Legends of Bartending located in Las Vegas and Quest for the Best in Orlando, Florida. Nick has also been apart of the Flip Out of Cancer flair showcase Charity event, in Foxborough Massachusetts, for the past 3 years raising close to $20,000 for the American Cancer Foundation and the Jeff Parker Charitable Fund.

Over the past 5 years Nick has been booked to work or do showcases in 20 major cities and in several countries. Nick was also featured as the "Master class" video on Flairbar.com, teaching one of his signature 3 bottle moves. He currently resides in Las Vegas working full time as a flair bartender, on the Las Vegas strip, and is available for private events and trainings.
